"Let a horse whisper in your ear and breathe on your heart. You will never regret it."
Bravo is a Warmblood - a cross between a Thoroughbred and a Draft horse. He came to his forever home at Finding Hiawatha on June 7, 2020. Bravo was born in 2006. He was adopted from The Horse Protection League in Arvada, CO. Previously he had been an Eventing horse competing across the three disciplines of dressage, cross country, and show jumping. He likely developed Ringbone in both front pastern joints, a form of arthritis, as a result of the sport. Bravo was relinquished to the rescue by his boarding facility because he had been abandoned there by his owner. He now spends his days helping people heal wounds from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships and other challenges. He also enjoys being with his pasture mates, in particular his bestie, Jet, the other gelding in the herd.
